As a “Buyer Agent”, what I will do for You:

1. Listen carefully to your needs and offer suggestions regarding the types of homes and neighbourhoods you may want.

2. Diligently search for those homes that may meet your needs.

3. Advise you of homes that are currently available for sale, and those that may come for sale as soon as possible after being put on the market. (as well as advising you average sale prices of homes in those areas you prefer, so you are educated on 'market value'.)

4. Answer any questions you may have regarding the home buying process.

5. Assist in coordinating all of your closing activities (such as your lawyer and mortgage professional) to ensure a hassle free closing.

6. Negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible price, with the fairest possible terms, and to make sure that your needs are fairly and properly represented at the negotiating table.

7. Aid you in locating a variety of mortgage professionals, lawyers, and home inspectors.

8. Explain all of the contracts and paperwork. There's lots of legalities and you should know what you are signing! I will help with that!

9. Offer you competent advice and representation, based upon my extensive real estate education and experience, and the constant upgrading of these skills as required by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).
